1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SOV Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
SOV Tracker is a B2B SaaS platform that measures your brand's visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity). We provide Share of Voice analysis, competitor tracking, and GEO optimization recommendations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is intended for a single organization.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription management portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again β no automatic pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@sovtracker.com and we will review your request. Free plan users can upgrade at any time.
5. Data Usage
We collect and process data necessary to provide our services. Data is protected with HTTPS/TLS in transit, and organization access is separated with Row Level Security. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
