Reports you can hand over
Every completed scan becomes a report you can open, read and export. The list keeps your scan history, the detail page opens a single scan engine by engine and keyword by keyword, and two buttons turn what you see into a PDF or a CSV you can send to whoever asked for proof.
How it works
From a scan to a file, in three steps
There is nothing to configure and nothing to assemble by hand. Here is the whole path from the scan you start to the file you send.
01
You run a scan
A report is born from a scan you complete β there is no separate report to build. Every completed scan drops into your report history, newest first, twenty scans to a page.
02
You open one scan
A row opens the scan detail: the SOV score, how many engines actually answered, how many answers mentioned you, and how many keywords were asked. Underneath, results are grouped by keyword and can be filtered engine by engine, down to the raw answer, the prompt used, sentiment, competitor mentions and cited sources.
03
You export what you see
Two buttons sit above the list: CSV and PDF. The file is generated in your own browser and downloads straight away, named after your organisation and the date. It covers the scans on the page you are looking at, so what you export is what you just read.
What you get
Three surfaces, one truth
The history, the detail and the proof strip answer three different questions, and none of them is allowed to round a missing measurement up into a number.
A scan history that stays readable
Each row carries the date, the number of results, a badge per engine showing where you were visible, and the SOV score. A scan whose providers failed is not painted as a red zero: it reads "Not measured", because a failed request is not the same claim as no visibility.
A scan detail you can interrogate
Four summary cards open the page β score, answering engines, mentions, keywords β and the results below them are yours to filter. Pick one engine, or one keyword, and read the answer that produced the number instead of trusting the number alone.
Before and after, honestly
The proof strip on your dashboard compares your first completed scan with your latest one, engine by engine. Only pairs found in both scans are compared, and only answers that actually came back. If the two scans share no keyword, you get a note asking you to re-scan with the same keywords instead of a flattering delta.
Export
Two formats, and only two
The report page offers exactly what you see below. Both files are produced in your own browser at the moment you press the button, and both cover the scans on the page you are viewing β twenty per page.
| Format | What it contains | How it is produced |
|---|---|---|
| A cover with your organisation name and the report date, a summary block (total scans, latest SOV, average SOV), then a scan history table: date, type, SOV, result count, visible engines. | Built in your browser with jsPDF when you press the button. At most twenty scan rows are written, and the body labels are currently in Turkish. | |
| CSV | Five columns β date, type, SOV score, result count, visible engines β one row per scan on the page you are viewing. | Fields are escaped to RFC 4180, so an engine list or a company name containing a comma cannot shift your columns. The file starts with a UTF-8 byte order mark so Excel opens Turkish characters correctly. |
Frequently asked questions
The awkward questions first, because those are the ones that decide whether a report is worth sending to a client.
Which plans include reports?
Starter, Pro, Agency and Enterprise. The Free plan sees an upgrade screen naming Starter as the minimum plan. Both the list and a single scan detail ask the same gate, and they ask it before any report data is fetched β so a bookmarked detail URL closes with the plan too, rather than quietly staying open.
Do reports arrive on their own?
We are not promising you a schedule on this page. A report exists because you completed a scan: you decide when to scan, and the report is there the moment the scan finishes. If a claim about timing is not something you can see in your own dashboard today, you will not find it here.
Can I send someone a link to a report?
Not a public one, and we would rather be plain about it. Report pages sit behind sign-in and behind the plan gate, so a link only opens for someone who is already in your organisation. What you hand over is the exported file. If you need a page with a public address, that is the agency scorecard β a separate feature in the panel for Agency plans and above.
What does "Not measured" mean in an export?
It means the providers did not answer, which is not the same thing as your brand being absent. Screen, CSV and PDF all read that state through one shared gate, so the three surfaces cannot drift apart and none of them can quietly print a zero that was never measured.
Why is my before and after strip empty?
It needs two completed scans, and it compares only the keyword and engine pairs present in both of them β deleted keywords and answers that never came back are left out on purpose. If the two scans have no keyword in common, the strip says so and asks for a re-scan with the same keywords, because a comparison across different keywords would not be a comparison at all.
Give the proof a shape you can send
Start with a free scan to see where your brand stands in AI answers. Scan again later with the same keywords, and the report carries the before and after for you.
